L'actuel guide gastronomique Michelin 2025 pour l'Italie honore 19 restaurants du Tyrol du Sud avec les étoiles Michelin tant convoitées et distingue 7 restaurants avec une étoile verte pour la gastronomie durable.

Le Tyrol du Sud compte actuellement 17 restaurants récompensés par une étoile . Deux restaurants ont été récompensés par deux étoiles: Les stars de la cuisine Gerhard Wieser du Castel Fine Dining (Hôtel Castel) à Tirolo et Heinrich Schneider du Terra (Hôtel & Restaurant) dans le Sarentino ont déjà été honorés à plusieurs reprises par deux étoiles Michelin.

Le chef d'exception Norbert Niederkofler et son restaurant Atelier Moessmer à Brunico peuvent se réjouir pour la énième fois de trois étoiles et en plus d'une nouvelle étoile verte. Le Prezioso (hôtel Castel Fragsburg) et le restaurant 1908 (Parkhotel Holzner) à Oberrabolzano ont été récompensés pour la première fois en 2025 par une étoile verte : Il y a donc actuellement 7 restaurants du Tyrol du Sud avec une étoile verte.
