Restaurants gastronomiques dans le Tyrol du Sud
21 restaurants avec un total de 26 étoiles Michelin ! Ce qui est bon, c'est ce qui a du goût. Ce qui est très bon, c'est ce qui a du niveau. L'excellente qualité, c'est ce qui envoûte les sens et gâte le palais.
L'actuel guide gastronomique Michelin 2024 honore 21 restaurants du Tyrol du Sud en leur décernant les étoiles Michelin tant convoitées. Le Tyrol du Sud se place ainsi à la deuxième place du classement des provinces italiennes : seule la province de Naples compte encore plus de restaurants étoilés.
Le Tyrol du Sud compte actuellement 17 restaurants étoilés : en 2024, le Luisl Stube du Schlosswirt Forst à Lagundo, avec le chef Luis Haller, et le restaurant Suinsom de l'hôtel Tyrol à Wolkenstein, avec le chef Alessandro Martellini, seront à nouveau de la partie.
Trois restaurants ont été récompenséspar deux étoiles: Les stars de la cuisine Gerhard Wieser du Castel Fine Dining (Hôtel Castel) à Dorf Tirolo, Heinrich Schneider du restaurant gastronomique Terra (Auener Hof) dans le Sarentino et Peter Girtler du Gourmetstube Einhorn (Romantikhotel Stafler) à Mauls ont déjà été honorés plusieurs fois de deux étoiles Michelin. Et le chef d'exception Norbert Niederkofler, avec son nouveau restaurant Atelier Moessmer à Brunico, peut se réjouir pour la énième fois de trois étoiles (il avait également reçu plusieurs fois cette distinction pour son ancien restaurant Sankt Hubertus à San Cassiano).
