Alors que les amateurs de sports d'hiver trouvent encore leur bonheur dans les montagnes et les stations de ski, on accueille le soleil printanier réchauffant dans la vallée avec de nombreuses manifestations. Le haut plateau des pommiers de Naz-Sciaves vaut particulièrement le détour à cette saison.
En été, profitez de températures méditerranéennes et d'un ensoleillement généreux dans la cuvette de Bressanone et ses environs. Les randonneurs, les vététistes et les amoureux de la nature sont désormais attirés par Funes et son magnifique paysage des Dolomites, ainsi que par Villandro, Fleres, Racines, Ridanna, Maranza, le Val di Giovo ou l’alpage de Rodengo.
L'un des nombreux sites touristiques de la région est l'abbaye de Novacella. Ce domaine impressionnant ravira autant les amateurs d'art et de culture que les connaisseurs de vin .

La culture de la pomme joue un rôle particulièrement important dans les zones de basse vallée du Valle Isarco. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la pomme occupe une place centrale pendant la période des récoltes. À Naz-Sciaves, une semaine de la pomme est organisée chaque année, dont le point d’orgue est une grande fête avec l’élection de la reine de la pomme. Pendant cette période, les restaurants, hôtels et auberges servent les créations les plus savoureuses et les spécialités typiques à base de pommes.
Le long du sentier des châtaignes près de Velturno, mais aussi dans d’autres localités du Valle Isarco, la cinquième saison commence à l’automne : le Törggelen. Dans les auberges traditionnelles et les tavernes, on déguste des châtaignes grillées, du vin nouveau et des spécialités paysannes typiques dans une ambiance des plus conviviales. Le Törggelen est une tradition ancestrale chez les agriculteurs et connaît un succès croissant auprès des vacanciers.
Parmi les autres événements gastronomiques de l'automne, citons la semaine des prunes à Barbiano ou le marché du pain et du strudel à Bressanone. Outre les événements culinaires, l'automne doré de la Valle Isarco offre également un large choix de sentiers de randonnée et une piste cyclable adaptée aux familles.
