Bœufs de Pâques de Gsies
Ces animaux musclés pèsent entre 600 et 1.000 kg et sont déjà imposants lorsqu'ils sont amenés dans la halle après avoir été soigneusement étrillés et brossés. Environ deux semaines avant les grandes festivités de Pâques, les éleveurs du Gsiesertal y vendent aux enchères leurs fameux bœufs, qui sont tous dotés d'un label de qualité protégé. Il peut alors facilement arriver que des tendances de prix positives et des clients désireux d'acheter fassent grimper le prix jusqu'à 6,00 € le kilo.
