Le printemps dans la Valle Isarco est une saison merveilleuse qui enchante avec le spectacle naturel de la floraison des pommiers et qui éveille une nouvelle énergie et une nouvelle joie de vivre. Alors qu'en montagne et dans les stations de ski, les amateurs de sports d'hiver en ont encore pour leur argent, au fond de la vallée, on accueille le chaud soleil printanier avec de nombreuses manifestations. Le haut plateau de Naz-Sciaves vaut particulièrement le détour à cette époque de l'année.
En été , la vallée de Bressanone et ses environs bénéficient de températures méditerranéennes et d'un ensoleillement généreux. Les randonneurs, les vététistes et les amoureux de la nature sont maintenant attirés par Funes dans un magnifique paysage dolomitique, par Villandro, Fleres, Racines, Ridanna, Maranza, le Val di Giovo ou les alpages de Rodeneck.
L'une des nombreuses curiosités de la région est le monastère de Novacella. Cette impressionnante propriété ravira aussi bien les amateurs d'art et de culture que les connaisseurs de vin .

La culture des pommes joue un rôle particulièrement important dans les vallées profondes de la Valle Isarco. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la pomme occupe une place centrale pendant la période de récolte. Chaque année, Naz-Sciaves organise une semaine de la pomme, dont le point culminant est une grande fête avec l'élection de la reine de la pomme. Pendant cette période, les restaurants, les hôtels et les auberges servent les créations les plus délicieuses et les spécialités typiques à base de pommes.
Le long du chemin des châtaigniers près de Velturno, mais aussi dans d'autres localités de la Valle Isarco, la cinquième saison - le Törggelen- débute en automne . Dans les auberges traditionnelles et les "Buschenschänken", on déguste des châtaignes grillées, du vin nouveau et des spécialités paysannes typiques dans une excellente ambiance. Le Törggelen est une longue tradition chez les agriculteurs et devient de plus en plus populaire auprès des vacanciers.
La semaine de la prune à Barbiano ou le marché du pain et des strudels à Bressanone sont d'autres manifestations savoureuses de l'automne. Outre les manifestations culinaires, l'automne doré de la Valle Isarco offre également un grand choix de sentiers de randonnée et une piste cyclable adaptée aux familles.
