TV Antholzertal - PaicknerLa commune de Rasun-Anterselva s'étend sur toute la vallée d'Anterselva et, avec le hameau de Neunhäusern, sur une petite partie du Val Pusteria. Deux des six localités, à savoir Niederrasen et Oberrasen, se trouvent à l 'entrée de la vallée. Un peu plus loin dans la vallée se trouve Anterselva (Niedertal, Mittertal et Obertal).

Avec ses sommets marquants de plus de 3000 mètres, le parc naturel Rieserferner-Ahrn offre plusieurs destinations de rêve pour les alpinistes. Mais tous les vacanciers ne sont pas obligés de s'aventurer dans une randonnée exigeante vers les sommets - une randonnée facile dans un refuge offre également des panoramas de rêve. Le biotope idyllique Rasner Möser à Oberrasen et le Wasserwaldile à Niederrasen sont des destinations particulièrement appréciées des familles.
Rasun est le point de départ idéal pour des randonnées à vélo variées - par exemple vers le lac d'Anterselva, vers le Staller Sattel ou vers un alpage. La piste cyclable du Val Pusteria se prête à une excursion dans la ville de Brunico. Les vététistes trouveront des pistes plus courtes dans la Mountainbike Area d'Anterselva Niedertal et des pistes plus longues dans le Bike Park Plan de Corones.

Chaque année, la coupe du monde de biathlon fait étape dans l'Anterselva du Sud, à Anterselva Obertal. Les championnats du monde de biathlon ont également eu lieu à plusieurs reprises dans la vallée d'Anterselva, et en 2026, les compétitions de biathlon y seront organisées dans le cadre des Jeux olympiques d'hiver de Milan-Cortina.
