Description de l'itinéraire

Depuis l'hôtel Monte Pana (1 636 m), monter en télésiège jusqu'au Mont de Seura (2 025 m), puis marcher presque à plat jusqu'au col du Ciaulonch. Prendre ensuite le sentier 526 à droite, passer sous les éboulements du Langkofel et monter au refuge Langkofel (2.252 m, 1 ¼ d'heure). Continuer sur le sentier 525 qui monte raide sur des éboulis jusqu'au refuge Toni-Demetz (2.679 m, 1 ¼ d'heure).

Descendre en télécabine jusqu'au refuge Sellajochhaus (2 180 m, 1h de marche), puis prendre le sentier 526/528 et traverser l'éboulement de la "ville de pierre". Continuer presque à plat vers le nord jusqu'au refuge Emilio Comici (2153 m) et continuer sur le sentier 526/528 vers le nord-ouest pour revenir au Monte Seura et prendre le télésiège pour retourner au point de départ du Monte Pana.
