Description de l'itinéraire

De Plesdinaz (1 570 m), on prend la route de la ferme jusqu'à Runcaudie. C'est là que démarre le chemin des alpages n° 20. Le chemin monte raide en 1 ½ heure environ jusqu'aux alpages (2 149 m).

Descente : à la croisée des chemins à l'est, prendre le chemin n° 6 jusqu'au plan Plan dla Rotes, d'où l'on atteint la crête de Balest (1/2 h), d'où l'on descend vers l'église Saint-Jacques (3/4 h) et ensuite vers St.
