Description de l'itinéraire
De la place du village de Mitterolang, on part en direction d'Oberolang vers l'alpage Angerer Alm (1.300 m).
En suivant le sentier 6, on arrive à l'alpage Lanzwiesenalm (1.823 m), qui n'est exploité qu'en été.
Retour : le sentier 6B et le sentier 32 permettent de revenir à Valdaora via Bad Bergfall. Il est également possible de revenir au village par le large chemin forestier.
