Escalade sur le Peitlerkofel dans le Tyrol du Sud.

Description

Le Peitlerkofel est également le mieux accessible par la vallée de Villnößtal ou le Würzjoch et représente un point d'angle massif des Dolomites. Il peut être considéré comme l'une des plus belles montagnes panoramiques des Dolomites.

Description de l'itinéraire

Depuis l'alpage Zanser Alm, suivre le chemin carrossable et le balisage n° 33, 35 jusqu'au refuge Schlüterhütte, au col du Kreuzkofeljoch. De là, on marche sans trop perdre d'altitude jusqu'à la Peitlerscharte. On atteint le sommet du Peitlerkofel par des virages raides et, à la fin, par une escalade parfois facile, facilitée par des câbles métalliques et des marches taillées dans la roche. Le chemin du retour est le même que celui de l'aller.
