Le Tschafon est une montagne panoramique très appréciée dans la région du Rosengarten et constitue un but d'excursion idéal, surtout pour les familles.

Description de l'itinéraire

La randonnée commence à Tiers. De Laion, on rejoint le village en voiture ou en bus. Les randonneurs se garent au Weißlahnbad et suivent le chemin plat balisé 4a jusqu'aux dernières maisons, puis empruntent un chemin forestier jusqu'au Wunleger et ensuite le chemin 4 jusqu'au refuge Tschafon, une bonne et très sympathique possibilité de se restaurer.

Nous continuons alors sur un chemin pédestre balisé à travers un terrain forestier parsemé de rochers jusqu'au Tschafon (également appelé Völseggerspitze). Le chemin du retour est le même que celui de la montée.
