Description de l'itinéraire

De la station de montagne d'Aschbach (1.326 m), d'abord sur le sentier 28, puis sur le 27 à travers la forêt, en pente modérée, jusqu'au Naturnser Alm en 1,5 heure environ.

Descente : du refuge, prendre le chemin 30 jusqu'au Vigiljoch (1.720 m) et à l'auberge Jocher avec la petite église Vigilius toute proche. Revenir à Aschbach par le chemin forestier avec le balisage 28, en pente moyenne, et redescendre dans la vallée en téléphérique.
