Description de l'itinéraire

Du hameau de Kandellen (1.580 m), passer devant la chapelle, l'auberge Bergrast et le Hoferhof, monter vers la forêt et emprunter le chemin 25, le Höfeweg, pour arriver dans la vallée du Golfental. Continuer à monter en lacets jusqu'au refuge Bonner Hütte (2.307 m). Ensuite, suivre le sentier 25 sur une crête herbeuse jusqu'à la croix du sommet (2.663 m).

Descente : Descendre au Pfanntörl et prendre le sentier 25 A jusqu'à la Bergalm. Retour par un large chemin dans la vallée du Golfental et au point de départ de Kandellen.
