Hotel Kronsbühel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Kronsbühl! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool above the hotel is in a fantastic location. From the hotel, we were able to enjoy many beautiful hikes. Merano is an hour's walk away, and about 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to the friendly Schöpf family and their attentive staff.

The hotel has a great location. It's very quiet. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, plus friendly staff and excellent food—what more could you want for a vacation?

We stayed here for a total of seven days—a wonderful hotel with breathtaking views of Merano and the valley below. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic, topped only by the wonderful and motivated staff. The rooms are new—and the pool above the hotel offers a wonderful view of Tirol Castle and Thurnstein. The location is ideal for cycling. We will definitely come back.

This lovingly run hotel never fails to impress us. The decor is very tasteful, the food is excellent, the staff are all very friendly, and—not to mention—the view is a dream! A vacation in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere!

The family-run hotel has excellent cuisine and a wonderful dining area in the restaurant with a beautiful view of the valley and Merano. The pool area is also very nice, with a view of two castles and the valley to Merano. I stayed in the very nice room 101 on the south side with a fantastic view of Merano.

I stayed at Hotel Kronsbühel for the first time at the end of July, and it was simply perfect. Thanks to available rooms, I even received an upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is run by an incredibly kind family who work with heart and passion while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The entire staff is warm, hardworking, and works seamlessly together. The hotel's cleanliness is impressive; my room was thoroughly cleaned daily, and even the toilet paper was folded – a lovely touch! The views from the rooms are magnificent and contribute to the magical atmosphere. The food on the panoramic terrace was an absolute highlight: it was so flavorful, varied, and healthy that I still remember it vividly. Every evening, there was an excellent soup (without cream!) – they really know how to cook here. I especially remember the beetroot dumpling with crème fraîche and fresh herbs. Every morning, I looked forward to uncovering the menu on the breakfast table and marking my choice for the evening meal. The food on the panoramic terrace was an absolute highlight: it was so flavorful, varied, and healthy that I still remember it fondly. The table decorations changed every evening, adding a special touch. It was particularly lovely to watch the host and his son prepare the meals, while the hostess made the delicious desserts herself. The waitstaff were always polite and attentive, elevating the service to a very high standard. The hotel's decor is beautiful and lovingly designed. You feel like you're visiting friends. Overall, it was the most wonderful place I've ever been. You can tell that the family puts a lot of love and dedication into making every guest feel welcome and comfortable. The combination of breathtaking views and stylish ambiance makes this hotel truly unique. I highly recommend it!
