Topnotch service from checking to check out Covered parking Parking for your bicycle Very friendly and helpful service + welcome drink on check in You can get all the information for activities and rentals exactly in the hotel, you even can rent the bag pack from your room. Rooms are super clean and tidy, only the bathroom was quite small for me. We’ve got an extra bed for baby for free. Spa is included, and the outdoor pool was also available by the mid of October. Food is great, amazing options for breakfast and you can order the dishes from menu for lunch and dinner ( by the way portions are really big) Definitely will be back here

Just the right hotel for us. We stayed there for two nights, and it felt like a week. We're going home feeling very relaxed. From the welcome to the farewell, everyone was very kind and polite. The wellness area was very spacious and clean. The massage was amazing, as was the food. The breakfast was very plentiful, leaving nothing to be desired. The service was always friendly. Thanks to the entire team.

A truly fantastic hotel in South Tyrol, somewhat off the beaten track but centrally located above Chiusa. The rooms are excellent and very clean. A beautiful and spacious spa/wellness area. A fantastic location on the mountain with a beautiful view from the outdoor pool. The 3/4-board option is excellent. The food is high-quality, regional wherever possible. The kitchen makes a real effort, even with known food intolerances, and tries to accommodate everything possible. The service in the restaurant is excellent, professional, and the wine selection is very extensive. We've been there 8 times now and will return. A fantastic family-run hotel. The only point: possibly change the gluten-free baked goods for breakfast. The bread and rolls are very soft (this hasn't been the case in recent years). The roll is more like a sweet milk roll. Perhaps they should switch back to the same manufacturer as in previous years.

The hotel simply made our vacation perfect! It was beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly, and the welcome drink was a great start. The food was fantastic—we didn't miss anything. We felt at home from the very first moment. We would absolutely recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!
