I particularly appreciated the hospitality of the Egger family, who run the property, as well as their courtesy and attention to guests. The furnishings and the size of the apartments are also very well-kept, and the view of the valley is lovely. It’s also nice to relax in the afternoon in the property’s outdoor pool after a day of hiking. I stayed there with my wife and our two 14-year-old children. In Villandro—by the way—there’s a well-stocked supermarket just a short walk from the property, and about 500–600 meters away is the Rustika restaurant/pizzeria, which offers excellent value for money. Not far away is the quaint village of Chiusa, which boasts a wide variety of dining options.

We felt right at home from the very first moment. We'd stayed at the "old" place a few years ago, and everything was just right there, too.

The housekeeping service, the wonderful breakfast, your many tips for excursions and activities, and your constant willingness to help made our stay simply perfect in every way. We’d like to extend a very special thank you to your Nonna. ️ Just through her presence, her warmth, and her special way of being, she creates an incredibly warm and cozy atmosphere at breakfast. When you see her, you immediately get that wonderful feeling of home and family. She’s simply the heart and soul of the house. In fact, your entire family—Thomas, his wife, his mom, and everyone else who’s part of it—is the reason why this place has become so much more to us than just a beautiful vacation destination. Of course, we love the gorgeous surroundings, the mountains, the hiking trails, and all the wonderful excursions. But when we come to visit you, we’ve come to feel as though we’re not just on vacation, but visiting a family we’ve grown to love. And that’s exactly what no hotel in the world can replace. The peaceful atmosphere, the outdoor terrace, the good food, plenty of parking, and above all, the friendly staff.

A very friendly host. Thomas puts his heart and soul into his work. We've been coming here for 3 years now, and we always will.

We especially loved the fantastic view, the great location (up on a hill; a supermarket and the bus stop are just a short distance away), and the new main building (everything was spotless, with a huge balcony). Special mention goes to the incredibly friendly staff, who weren’t intrusive at all but were always available to answer any questions and simply brightened our day with their cheerful demeanor.

The staff is incredibly dedicated and friendly. The garden is beautiful, and the pool is great. The building and the apartments are very clean and tidy. Everything is decorated very stylishly. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very quiet. You feel very at home there.

Just great people and a great setting all around
