Description de l'itinéraire

Du hameau de Drittelsand, prendre le téléphérique jusqu'à l'alpage Milchlreiser Alm (1.960 m). De là, monter par le sentier 18A jusqu'à l'arête, le Kleine Nock sur la droite, puis traverser l'arête jusqu'au Großer Nock (2.400 m). Continuer sur le sentier 18A par la crête rocheuse et le Seewassernock jusqu'au sommet du Speikboden (2.527 m).

Descente : descendre par le sentier 27 par l'arête jusqu'au Sonklarnock, puis continuer par le sentier 26 jusqu'à la bifurcation, prendre à gauche le sentier 27B et 26 en traversant les pentes jusqu'au petit lac Treiersee et à l'alpage Äußeren Milchlreiser Alm. De là, retour par un large chemin à la station supérieure et descente dans la vallée en téléphérique.
