Description du chemin

De La Vallegen en direction de Pederoa, le sentier de randonnée n° 15 A démarre vers les prairies d'Armentara et le circuit du même nom. À la bifurcation, prendre à droite vers la chapelle de Valgiarei et continuer sur le sentier 7A (circuit Armentara). À la prochaine bifurcation, on peut soit prendre le sentier 16 en direction du petit lac Sura Valgiarei et rejoindre à nouveau le sentier 15 A et le chemin de retour vers La Valle.

Ou bien rester sur le sentier 7 A en direction de l'auberge et de la remontée mécanique Utia Nagler et continuer sur le sentier 7 jusqu'à l'hospice Heiligkreuz et le sanctuaire du même nom (2 045 m).

Le retour s'effectue par le sentier 15 A jusqu'à La Valle et au point de départ.
