Always a sure thing! I returned here with my family for the second year. The facility is modern, the residence is very beautiful, the rooms are warm (in the winter) and spacious. The spa is very beautiful and well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Alia Apartments & Wellness! The apartments are modern, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The location is quiet yet ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available. The only issue is that the cleaning staff speak neither German nor English, making communication difficult. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A perfect place for relaxation, comfort, and a feel-good atmosphere. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend Alia Apartments & Wellness!

A beautiful apartment complex with a wonderfully welcoming team. Everything is perfect here; every detail has been thought of. Parking in the underground garage, a South Tyrol ticket for the duration of your stay, a bread delivery service, essential cooking ingredients provided, lovely dishes, and excellent amenities! The apartment is cleaned every two days, trash is emptied, and fresh towels are provided. The panoramic view of the Alps is fantastic. There's also an outdoor pool with loungers, a sauna, and a swimming pool. A dream come true!

Highly recommended overall. Here are the key points: Positive: - Service - Cleanliness & Hygiene - Fresh breakfast with a good selection - Everything you need for wellness - Very quiet - Excellent location Negative: - Wellness area with sauna & steam room only opens from 4 pm to 8:30 pm (so unfortunately always overcrowded) - Massages only on Mondays and upon request? - Rooms are very dark (a matter of taste) We were particularly impressed by the peace and quiet and the excellent service. We can definitely recommend this hotel. A great choice for relaxation and a longer stay!

We've stayed at the Alia many times and always enjoy coming back. It's a very practical and modern apartment hotel. I don't really want to advertise it, as it's still our insider tip. The owner, Ms. Kofler, is very friendly and helpful.

We've stayed at the Alia in Algund three or even four times now. It's always been wonderful to arrive and settle into our apartment. We feel very comfortable here and will definitely be back!
