Pinot Noir Nights

The region around Castelfeder is considered one of the finest growing areas for Pinot Noir, which finds ideal conditions here and is prized for its elegance and complexity. During this period, numerous restaurants present creative menus specially tailored to this characterful red wine – ranging from sophisticated pairings to classic interpretations of regional cuisine. 

The Pinot Noir Nights from 27 April to 18 May 2026 form part of the Wine Spring along the South Tyrolean Wine Route and combine culinary experiences with a varied supporting programme. These include guided wine walks through renowned vineyards such as Glen, Pinzon and Mazon, delightful picnics in the vineyards or cycle tours along historic routes – always accompanied by tastings and fascinating insights into viticulture.

Whether it’s a stylish dinner, a tasting in a wine cellar or a relaxed evening in one of the participating restaurants – the Pinot Noir Nights offer a special opportunity to fully experience the diversity of Pinot Noir and South Tyrol’s culture of fine dining.
