During the summer holidays, many museums and places of interest in South Tyrol offer special programmes and opening times for visitors interested in culture and tradition.
This is valid also for the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology. From 1st July on it will be open also on Mondays and till the end of August there is available a special "Family Room".
This "Family Room" is a beautiful air-conditioned oasis, where you can take a rest during your visit to the museum. Moreover, there is offered childcare, so children have the opportunity to relax, to read and to play, while mom and dad make a tour through the museum.
In July and August, the "Family Room" is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and its use is included in the entrance fee of the museum.
In the summer, the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, last entry at 5.30 pm.
