Wieserhof Familien Bauernhof

The Wieserhof is located in the village of Meransen at an altitude of approx. 1400 m and offers the perfect combination of authentic farm life and a comfortable holiday home in the middle of the Gitschberg Jochtal alpine pasture and ski region. Our family farm offers large apartments with balcony or terrace and a delicious breakfast buffet, which is included in the price. All apartments are bright and cosily furnished and have a fully equipped kitchenette, internet, satellite TV and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

There is a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna for our guests. We also offer a cosy farmhouse parlour as a lounge and a games room. The Wieserhof is home to many animals, from cats to calves, and the product corner offers a selection of specialities from the farm, the family's own alpine pasture with cheese dairy and the region. The garden has a children's playground and a barbecue hut that can be rented at any time of year. The Almenkneippweg trail in the nearby Altfasstal valley offers refreshing nature experiences.

In winter, our guests can set off directly from the Wieserhof onto the slopes of the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area, and in summer, a variety of hiking trails and bike tours await in the alpine mountain landscape. Practical: we have a ski storage room and a bicycle cellar, a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes, toboggans and e-bikes for hire, and a room with a washing machine and dryer. Our guests also receive the Gitschberg Jochtal Guest Pass free of charge: with the Almencard and Mobilcard, you can use regional public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge and enjoy other benefits
