The 14 individually designed apartments each have a balcony, loggia or terrace with a view of the surrounding vineyards and the impressive mountain landscape. Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and WLAN to ensure maximum comfort. For convivial hours, the “Alte Ansetz” lounge with honesty bar and a selection of special products is available.

Varied activities in Meran & the surrounding area

The central location of the Ladurnerhof makes it easy to reach Meran's old town with its arcades, boutiques and cafés on foot. Nature lovers can enjoy walks along the Tappeinerweg trail or excursions to the nearby Texel Group Nature Park. Thanks to the included Südtirol Guest Pass, guests benefit from free travel on public transport in the region.

A very nice apartment with every comfort, including water cooling in the rooms, without noise or drafts. Great views and a very friendly host family who fulfills your every wish and is always there to help. A 10-minute walk to town and a very quiet location. Bread roll delivery and, upon request, a lovingly prepared breakfast delivered directly to your apartment. Drinks (water, wine, beer, juice) and coffee (fully automatic) are available on site. The coffee is included in the price. We'll be back.

Great room with a view of the vineyards, excellent service from the host family, quiet and relaxing, yet only 10 minutes from the center. We felt right at home and would definitely come back.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in your beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the lovely furnishings, including the bread delivery service. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet, yet the center of Merano is just a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent holiday apartment with friendly and competent owners and staff. We stayed at the Ladurnerhof for a week and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and clean, and the furniture seemed brand new. The bathroom, including the shower, was extremely clean, modern, and stylishly furnished. Parking was always available in the courtyard. We didn't use the bread roll service or breakfast, but it's available. All in all, highly recommended. PS: The walking distance is really great. Even the nearest downtown parking lot is only 3 minutes away.

We spent a week in one of the holiday apartments. The apartment is beautifully furnished, brand new, bright, and welcoming, and everything is in excellent condition and clean. Everything you need for a pleasant stay! The house is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, right at the foot of a vineyard, surrounded by trees, and just 10 minutes from the old town. The service was impeccable—we will cherish these days with fond memories.
