The hotel is perfectly located right next to the gondola lift and the town center. Everything was very clean, and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious and more than ample.

The hosts were welcoming and fulfilled special requests easily and with great friendliness.

The hotel is located next to the lift that connects to other lifts that take you to the center of San Vigilio.
Large, comfortable, very clean rooms and facilities.
Very good service.
Excellent breakfast and very good quality.
Closed parking included in the room price.
I would go again.

The hotel was INCREDIBLY clean, the room view was AMAZING. The location was EXCELLENT since it was next to the lifts. The breakfast was WONDERFUL.
We were extremely lucky to find these amazing people that were very professional and very warm hearted at the same time! Elizabeth and Carlo grazie mille a entrambi!!!

What a wonderful stay ! There are no words to describe how warm and convenient this place is. Elizabeth and her husband and son are top class. Sorry we took the key with us. We stayed at Piccolo Hotel Claudia and the experience was truly rejuvenating. The owners are true hosts: they welcome you with a warmth that only a family-run business can provide, making you feel immediately at home.
The location is strategic, especially for skiers: the chairlift is just a few meters away and the on-site ski storage is extremely convenient. The rooms are exactly what you expect in the mountains: warm, clean, and super cozy, the perfect refuge after a day in the cold.
Special mention for the cuisine: the food is exquisite! We chose half-board, and it was the perfect solution: carefully prepared dishes and portions that will rejuvenate you. The private parking right behind the hotel is also very convenient.
Excellent value for money, but it's the genuine hospitality that makes the difference. We'll definitely be back!

We would like to thank you for the wonderful time we had with you. We had a beautiful room, enjoyed a fantastic location for skiing, and relaxed in the lovely sauna area in the evenings, followed by delicious dinners every day. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean! We lacked for nothing! Thank you so much – we wholeheartedly recommend you!

A LITTLE gem located very close to the town center, the church, the supermarket, the ski lifts, and the finish line of Erta, the women's World Cup ski slope. Everything is meticulously maintained, with simple, strictly wooden furnishings, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent home-cooked food prepared by the owner, Elisabetta. Together with her husband, Carlo, who is at the reception, in the dining room, and at the bar, she runs this small but essential hotel with 15 rooms filled with the scent of wood. In the evening, you can unwind in the small relaxation area with a sauna, Turkish bath, and an infrared cabin (also strictly wooden) that pleasantly warm the spine. It's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days, but we've already felt the benefits of the mini vacation. Try it, you won't regret it!
