Welcome to Stammhaus Vetterer in Lana

Nestled in the picturesque orchards of Lana, the Stammhaus Vetterer invites you to spend unforgettable holidays on the farm. Our unique location makes the farm the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours, summit experiences and other adventures in South Tyrolean nature. After an active day, you can relax on our beautiful sunbathing lawn or refresh yourself in our outdoor pool. Our idyllic Kneipp pond with massage path provides even more well-being.

Relaxed accomodation & breakfast

Stammhaus Vetterer offers our guests 2 comfortably furnished apartments, each with 3 bedrooms. The Gravenstein apartment has 3 bathrooms and the Champagne apartment has 2 bathrooms and a daytime WC. Our breakfast basket, which we are happy to deliver to the door of your holiday flat on request, ensures a good start to the day. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy fresh fruit, homemade apple juice or a good glass of wine at our farm.

Varied activities at any time of year

Our fruit farm is a holiday paradise for our younger guests: Rabbits, chickens and a large playground provide fun. A cycle path runs right by the farm, inviting you to enjoy leisurely family excursions. Our guests also receive the South Tyrol GuestPass and thus free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol. In winter, you can quickly reach the Merano 2000 ski area, which offers perfect conditions for winter sports. And a stroll through the nearby spa town of Meran with its beautiful boutiques and diverse cultural offerings is always a pleasure.

It was beautiful there, the rooms very clean and tidy. The service is great; you can always approach the family and ask questions. The location is also top-notch, very close to a bakery, supermarket, fruit and vegetable shop, etc. It's quiet, and the farm is beautiful and very well-maintained. Last but not least, the farm also had the most delicious apples :) My recommendation; we will definitely come back!

We spent two weeks with our family at the Vettererhof in July and had a wonderful, super-relaxing vacation. The host family is incredibly kind and welcoming, always willing to listen to their guests. We'll be back and have already made reservations for next year.

An all-around perfect holiday at the Vettererhof! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vettererhof in Lana! We received a warm welcome upon arrival. There was plenty of information about excursions, and the hosts' personal tips were also valuable. We really appreciated the open and trusting atmosphere on the farm – thank you very much for that! The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and designed with great attention to detail. There's plenty on offer for children of all ages, including table tennis, foosball, various play equipment, a sandbox, swings, and more. Everything is there. The new pool is a real highlight – clean, beautifully nestled with a stunning view of the mountains, and ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. The Kneipp pond is just as lovingly designed, and you can even get a short introduction to its use if you wish. Refreshing and soothing! Another highlight was the small farm shop, where you can buy, among other things, the farm's own apple juice and fresh eggs – absolutely delicious and highly recommended! The region around Lana is perfect for hikers, families with children, and connoisseurs. The town itself is charming, offering numerous inns with good food, and its small shops and cafés invite you to stroll and linger. Thank you for the lovely time – best regards, the Hoppe family

We spent a week at the Vettererhof in the Champagner holiday apartment. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely terrace. There's plenty of room even for larger families. The pool was a big hit with the children and they used it a lot. The little irrigation canal (Waal) that flows through the garden was very refreshing. There's a bakery and a supermarket right nearby. The farm sells fresh eggs, juice, jam, wine, and much more. Overall, a very nice holiday; we'd love to come back.

My family and I stayed at the property in the first week of August. The accommodation was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The pool is beautiful, surrounded by nature, fruit trees, and green meadows. My 10-year-old son loved diving into the pool, hiking, walking, and biking. Annemarie was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the life and work of a farm, and it was a pleasure to taste their excellent products. Located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Lana, in a well-served area, yet very quiet and private. A very pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating.

A week's vacation at the Vettererhof was pure relaxation. Our small apartment offered everything we needed. The view was magnificent. The location is perfect – shops and bus stops are within easy walking distance, yet located on a very quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle. The orchards are directly adjacent. You can also relax in the beautifully landscaped garden. The Nock family is very attentive, friendly, and always helpful.
