Our cosy Residence Talblick is located in the village of St. Leonhard in the charming Passeiertal Valley. With us, you can spend unforgettable holidays, relaxing but at the same time full of many different activities suitable for the whole family! We will welcome you with the warmth that characterises Tyrolean hospitality, and in our house you will feel right at home!

For guests who choose us for their holidays, we offer 6 apartments that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, also ideal for those travelling with children. Each apartment has a double bedroom, comfortable seating area with sofa bed, bathroom, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, balcony or terrace equipped with table and chairs. Outside you will find a convenient free parking space and there is the possibility to reserve a place in the garage for a fee. In our well-kept garden, you can relax and spend pleasant hours surrounded by greenery.

The privileged location of our residence on the southern side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 metres above sea level, is an excellent starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours to discover the surroundings. The Passeiertal valley is considered one of the most beautiful in South Tyrol with its vineyards and orchards on the valley floor and the extensive alpine pastures in the mountains. Our guests receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium: With this advantage card you have free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol and free entry to the heated swimming pool in St. Leonhard in Passeier, just a 5-minute walk away, and benefit from numerous other discounts. The spa town of Meran is only 20 km away.
