7 modern, spacious and very comfortably furnished holiday flats with a view of Lake Reschen characterize the new holiday home. The barrier-free flats in three different sizes offer space for up to 6 guests and each has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Depending on the size, there are also 2 separate bedrooms and a separate WC in addition to the bathroom. For a healthy start to the day, we offer you a deliciously filled breakfast basket on request. In the infrared cabin, which can be found in all holiday flats, you can enjoy private wellness moments.

After a day in the mountains, the garden invites you to sunbath and relax, while the children can explore the playground. A cosy lounge, a depot for bicycles and skis and a free underground car park are also available. Around Lake Reschen, there is much to experience all year round – sports as well as landscape and culture! In summer, the Residence Lex is a perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. You can also try out the trendy sport kite surfing on the nearby lake. In winter, however, the skiing areas of the holiday region Obervinschgau offer endless skiing fun, and the Schöneben valley station is very close by. Winter hiking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and ski tours are also possible. Or how about ice skating on the frozen Lake Reschen?
