The reception staff and the lady at the breakfast buffet were friendly, as was our chambermaid Victoria, who was very friendly and kept the room tidy and the bed very lovingly made. A very pleasant young woman. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful, except for the breads and pastries, which were unfortunately only defrosted, which was a shame. Not healthy and didn't taste good either.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, and a nice walk took us comfortably to the center of Merano.

If you don't mind that the room furnishings aren't the latest fashion, then this is the place for you! The rooms are absolutely clean, everything works perfectly! The beds were beautifully made every day, and even our dog's bed was made up in a -shape every day! The room service is top-notch! The beautiful, sunny balcony was perfectly equipped with loungers and chairs. The advertised tap water, which comes from the surrounding mountains, actually tastes fabulous! And last but not least, the breakfast buffet! The housekeeper in charge ensures that everyone—absolutely everyone—finds something delicious! Fresh fruit, fruit salad, cakes, delicious rolls and bread, cereals, countless jams, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs, and bacon, and so on! Everything is freshly prepared every morning! For drinks, there are six different juices, water, numerous teas, hot chocolate, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and latte macchiato! Really great - you just have to be careful not to overeat! We can't comment on the swimming pool, as we didn't use it. Merano's city center is within easy walking distance. You can safely leave the car behind (free parking is available on site)! There are also a few minor drawbacks: we found €12/day for our dog quite expensive, especially since we had to bring everything (bowls, cushions). Since breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m., the setting up of the incredibly varied, fantastic buffet begins around 6:00 a.m. Since we had a room on the ground floor, you can hear quite a bit of noise. The same applies to guests chatting (not always quietly) at reception. This could be remedied by adding another (easy to install) door between the three rooms on the ground floor and the reception area and breakfast rooms.

The house, the peace and quiet with little traffic, and the location close to the city with good bus connections. Friendly staff.
