Suvendes Apartments

Our main house Suvendes and the other two guesthouses Maraines and Valdiras are located in a quiet position in the hamlet Lichtenberg near Prad am Stilfserjoch. Our comfortable and completely furnished apartments in Vinschgau are the ideal accommodation for active winter or summer holidays with your family or with friends in the middle of nature.

For our guests, we offer cosy apartments for 2-7 persons in our three guesthouses. In each of them, there is a ski room with boot dryer, a car park or a garage and storage for bikes. All apartments are comfortably furnished. They have a balcony or a terrace, one or more bedrooms, one or more bathrooms, a comfortable living room with satellite TV, telephone, WLAN as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and drip coffee machine. The apartments of Suvendes can be reached by elevator. Bed linen, towels and table linen are available, children’s beds and high chairs are offered on request. All our guests can use the day room and the indoor swimming pool of the guesthouse Suvendes. In addition, you can relax in our garden with lawn for sunbathing and playground. Our house Valdiras also offers a washing machine and a tumble dryer for a small charge.

Our guests can also use the cosy wellness areas of the nearby Hotel Zentral and Garden Park Hotel, which are only 2.5 km away, at a special price. Breakfast or dinner can also be enjoyed at Hotel Zentral on request. The holiday region also offers an exciting children's programme. Prad am Stilfser in the Vinschgau Valley offers numerous leisure activities in the unique natural landscape, all year round. In summer, hikers and mountain bikers are sure to find plenty to do. In the cold season, family-friendly ski areas, cross-country ski runs, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails and much more await you.
