Welcome to the Masulhof in the Passeiertal!

Our family farm is located in a quiet and sunny position at the entrance to the Passeiertal valley, surrounded by orchards and far from the traffic of the well-known towns. In our house you can enjoy friendly hospitality and the pleasure of being together. Our farm is ideal for those travelling with children. Our garden also houses a heated swimming pool and a whirlpool, sun loungers and parasols.

Cosy flats

We offer our guests four cosy flats for 2-6 persons, all comfortably furnished, with a sunny balcony or direct access to the garden. On request we provide you with fresh bread every morning. You can also buy our farm products, such as eggs, apple juice, fruit from our orchards and homemade jams. Our farm is an ideal stay for children, who can play and have fun in nature and also have a nice playground and plenty of space outdoors. Games and barbecues by the small stream are also very popular with children and their parents. In the evenings, they enjoy a ride on the children's train.

Active with the family

The Masulhof, located in the beautiful natural landscape of the Passeiertal, is the ideal accommodation for active family holidays in South Tyrol. The comfortable flats are a good starting point for hikes in every season. In summer, magnificent cycle paths and mountain bike tours await you! We are only a 10-minute walk from the Hirzer cable car, which takes you up to an altitude of 1980 m. For those who wish, there is also fishing and paragliding in the surrounding area.

It's dreamy.
The owners, Brigitte and Florian, are so welcoming, and it's beautiful.
The apartments, the pool, the entire outdoor area, the balcony or terrace, and the fresh bread delivery service.
You can't complain about anything ️

After a long journey, we arrived in a little paradise. A beautifully landscaped garden with a pool and jacuzzi, palm trees, numerous roses and other beautiful plants, and a large apple orchard were all nearby. All this was made even more special by the friendly and helpful interactions of our hosts, Brigitte and Florian. Thank you so much for everything.

We had been searching for the perfect accommodation for a long time and found it at the Masulhof. A wonderful farm surrounded by apple orchards, with a pleasant atmosphere and a great pool in a very quiet location. We felt very comfortable with Brigitte and her husband and can, of course, recommend the vacation apartments with a clear conscience. We're already looking forward to our next visit. ️️

We've been to Masulhof a few times and have been very satisfied each time. We always enjoy coming back.
A wonderful oasis has been created there, and you always feel at home!
The apartments are very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The garden has been lovingly designed and is simply gorgeous! 
Children and dogs are also warmly welcomed there.
Brigitte and Florian are very welcoming hosts, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

I recommend staying at Masulhof to anyone looking for impeccable, comfortable and clean accommodation.
The hosts Brigitte and her husband are very friendly and extremely helpful. If you have any questions or concerns, you can just ask, they are always happy to help.
The accommodation is a little outside of Meran, but it's worth it! You live right in the apple field with a wonderful panorama.
There is a lovely lawn with a pool in summer and a barbecue area. The WiFi works perfectly and the apartment is clean and well equipped.
The “Maiser Waalweg” begins directly at the accommodation and leads through the forests and apple orchards directly to Meran (approx. 2 hours walking time). Everything else can usually be reached within 20 minutes by car, otherwise buses also run for €1.50.
A great place to enjoy your vacation.
We'll definitely be back!

Brigitte and her husband are nice and warm hosts. We really enjoyed our stay in the cozy apartment. It had a large bathroom with underfloor heating, a balcony with a view over the apple orchards and good WiFi. We got delicious fresh eggs from the farm hens. There is a garden with a pool that was not yet filled in April. The farm is quietly located on a hill on the edge of the valley near the valley station of the Hirzer cable car, ideal for hiking, paragliding, cycling or walking through the apple orchards. A mini market with a bakery and restaurant is within walking distance of the campsite. Thank you very much, we look forward to the next time.

We really enjoyed it! It was wonderful that you were so warm and welcoming, even with the children. Perfectly located for paragliders, right next to the landing site and the Hirzer cable car. We'll miss the lovingly designed outdoor area and the hot Jacuzzi with a view of the mountains at the end of the day.
