The four luxurious and newly renovated Avita Suites are situated in the centre of St. Ulrich, whilst the spacious Avita Loft in St. Christina offers a further exclusive accommodation option in Gröden. These peaceful holiday apartments combine contemporary design, high-quality furnishings and plenty of privacy with an ideal location for an active and cultural holiday in the Dolomites. Hiking, mountain biking and skiing are all possible, as are excursions to the villages and attractions of the Gröden.

In the spring, all four Avita Suites and the entire building in St. Ulrich underwent extensive renovation. The Acqua, Aria, Fuoco and Terra suites, ranging from 45 to 55 m², combine natural materials and high-quality finishes with contemporary design. Fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, private balconies and high-quality bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay; the Terra suite also features a small garden. For moments of pure enjoyment, the Honesty Bar – accessible at all times – offers a selection of regional wines, organic apple juices and dried fruit. The Avita Loft in St. Christina offers 88 m² of space for 2 to 4 people. The light-filled living area, with its open-plan layout and large panoramic windows, is complemented by two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. Special features include a private organic sauna, a fully equipped designer kitchen with a wine cooler, and a private garage parking space.

St. Ulrich and St. Christina are ideal starting points for exploring the Gröden Dolomites in every season. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails wind through the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, whilst mountain bike tours are available, including routes towards the Seiser Alm. In winter, Dolomiti Superski offers a wide range of opportunities for skiers and other winter sports enthusiasts. The Ladin culture, with its traditional woodcarving, music, traditional dress and local customs, also shapes Gröden and ensures a varied holiday experience away from the mountains.
