Our four luxurious and modern suites are located in the centre of St. Ulrich. Avita – suites to relax is an exclusive accommodation in the heart of the dolomites and it is the perfect starting point for different outdoor activities, like hiking or skiing, in every season.

Energy-efficient suites & wine cellar

The lovingly decorated foyer already gives an idea of the special ambience in our holiday apartments. We have furnished them with love for detail and natural materials like stone and wood. The four holiday flats are called after the four elements (Fuoco, Aqua, Aria Terra) and are furnished really modern and comfortable. The ventilation system provides a pleasant room climate and the stylish bathroom is an oasis of well-being. Wi-Fi, a drier, a washing machine and a selection of DVDs, books and board games are available too.

Gröden is a really popular holiday destination with an excellent infrastructure in winter as well as in summer. The wonderful landscape of the Dolomites is the perfect scenery for hikes, mountain bike tours and much more. In winter, the environs of Avita – suites to relax turn into a real winter sports paradise. After an exciting day in the mountains, you can finish off your evening in our inviting wine cellar, which offers numerous excellent wines.

My husband and I stayed at the Avita Suites during a short stent in Ortisei for our honey/babymoon. The Location is more than perfect, it's just down town 30 seconds to the main streets. There is also a car park located under the unit which is secured. There are two markets within a 10 minute walk, a tram in about a 10 minute walk, shops galore and many restaurants to choose from all within a 15 minute walk!! They also include a bus pass with your stay which we utilized the entire time!! The atmosphere of the unit was way more than expected, the bathroom was fit for a traveling queen, the bed was most comfortable, the kitchen had everything and the balcony was the cherry on top. The unit was extremely clean, there was absolutely no noise from other units or the street. The value of the room we believe was exactly what it should be. What you get for the price you pay well exceeded our expectations. Marcel and Irene were lovely hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They even looked up information for us about strikes happening so we knew how to further plan our trip. Unfortunately for our trip we had to cancel a portion of it due to these strikes, however Marcel and Irene were so kind to let us extend our stay by a night so we didn't have to panic find another spot (thankfully it was available). We would return to the Avita suites with zero hesitation!! Stay here if it is available, you will not go wrong!

The Avita Suite is a beautiful apartment with modern and functional furnishings, very tidy and clean, located in the center of Ortisei yet quiet, with balconies, parking spaces, and a bike garage. It is close to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bus stop, taxis, ski lifts, a public swimming pool, bike rentals, and the pedestrian area of the town center. We were very satisfied. g.r.

We stayed at the "Avita - Suites to relax" for a week at the beginning of June 2025. We really enjoyed it. The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard, very clean, an underground parking space was provided free of charge, and the house is very centrally located yet quiet (in the "second row"). Bakeries, supermarkets, the pedestrian zone, and the bus station are all within walking distance (max. 3 minutes). The hostess, Irene, is very friendly and helpful. We felt completely at home and will definitely return. A suggestion for improvement for the "Grödnertal/Alpe di Siusi" region (has NOTHING to do with "Avita - Suites to relax"): a cooperation between mountain railways and accommodation providers would be desirable, similar to what has been practiced in Oberstdorf for years with "Bergbahn unlimited." If, like us, you don't want to/can't climb up everywhere from St. Ulrich, then the cable cars can be quite expensive , e.g. ascent and descent to Seceda 52.00 euros/person.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious, with a very comfortable bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (with both a bathtub and a shower), and a lovely terrace offering magnificent views. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout blinds made it completely dark in the morning. The hotel also has secure underground parking. As hotel guests, we enjoyed several very welcome perks: free and unlimited access to the large swimming pool located directly across the street—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing—as well as access to the local bus network, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area without needing a car. The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars. We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and spacious suite, in a small building with an elevator and closed underground parking. Everything is very clean, pleasant atmosphere, good smell, quiet. Beautiful, bright rooms, design in pleasant colors. Wide and comfortable bed, pleasant linens. Large and spacious bathroom, there was always hot water. Equipped and comfortable kitchenette. The location of the building is perfect! 2 supermarkets very close, a short walk from the town center. Dear Irina, thank you very much for a wonderful stay in a lovely place. We hope to come back again!
