A family-run hotel where you immediately feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The view is stunning. The indoor pool is warm and suitable for swimming.

My husband and I stayed for a week at this splendid property, just steps from the center of Scena. It's a typical mountain hotel, an excellent three-star in our opinion. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious, with both sweet and savory options. The location is excellent for exploring the area and accessing various excursions via the nearby cable cars. Kudos to all the staff, especially Franz and his wife, who were always kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. We'll never forget the splendid view of Merano and the nearby peaks from the room. To top it all off, there's a small spa with an always-clean indoor pool and a beautiful outdoor pool with a view.

We had a beautiful, clean, and spacious room with a balcony. The ample storage space in the room was fantastic, the balcony conversion was fantastic, and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent, and we had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool with an Aperol. Many thanks to Franz and his family! He was always there for us and offered valuable tips. The motorcycles were safely parked in the garage. We would love to come back. Best, Anja and Timo

Everything was great. Very friendly hosts and special praise for the chambermaid. I've rarely experienced such great cleaning staff. A very nice view from the balcony. Thank you Franz and family! We'll be back.

While not the newest hotel, it still offers excellent service and a perfect location. Special requests are no problem here. The price is absolutely reasonable, too.

A truly beautiful place, we had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent for reaching the sights, with a bus stop nearby and even some amenities like a supermarket, etc. The hotel is run by the Walder family, who are very helpful and courteous, as are all the hotel staff. The location offers a stunning view. The property has a sauna and both an indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast is plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. Overall, the property is a bit dated, but quaint and tidy. Impeccably clean, the room was clean, and especially the bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. Very spacious rooms with balconies.

My mum and I were there in October. The family room was double-occupied, so we were upgraded to two double rooms. The Walder family is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, it's amazing. We didn't lack for anything. The breakfast was standard, and they served freshly prepared egg dishes. The coffee was great. The hotel is certainly showing its age—I'd call it old school—but it's very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The double rooms are really quite large, with a sofa and table. The bathrooms were new. Totally reasonable value for money. We didn't use the swimming pool or sauna. We sat on the lovely garden terrace in the evening, enjoying the last rays of sunshine and gazing at Merano. There was always something to drink at the hotel, and in the evenings, it was lovely to chat about anything and everything with Franz, the boss. We felt very comfortable.

A lovely family-run hotel in Schenna, South Tyrol. A friendly welcome with all the necessary information for a holiday. Our booked comfort room was very spacious, with a new bathroom and a large balcony with a fantastic view towards Tirolo and Merano. Breakfast offered a plentiful supply of everything: cold cuts, cheese, fruit, cereal, etc. Plenty of parking is available right outside the door. There is an indoor pool and a pool in the garden. I highly recommend this hotel. We would be happy to come back.

Family-run hotel. Centrally located in Schenna with panoramic views. Bus stop nearby. Several restaurants for dinner are within walking distance. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna available. A plentiful breakfast buffet. All staff are very friendly. The owner personally provides good excursion tips. Parking is available in front of the hotel.
