Enjoy the wild romantic landscape of the valley Ulten and visit our Flower Residence Karnutsch in the village St. Walburg. For a pleasant stay we offer spacious and comfortable holiday apartments, which are furnished with wood and much attention to details.

Fully equipped apartments

You can choose between several flats in different sizes (for two to six people), which are named after various native flowers such as marguerite or forget-me-not. Every apartment has a bedroom, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and balcony, depending on type additionally terrace, sofa beds, several bathrooms, living room or oriel. The furnishing includes bed linen and towels as well as kitchen equipment such as coffee maker, cooker with baking oven, partly also dishwasher and microwave. Wireless internet is available in every apartment.

Holidays in the idyllic Ultental valley

In the pristine valley of Ulten you will find in summer and in winter many possibilities for your leisure time, for instance 740 km of walking and hiking paths, inviting alpine refuges and a wonderful skiing area with ski slopes, toboggan runs and cross-country ski runs. The UltentalCard for the free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol and many other advantages is included in the price.

We stayed two nights in a double room and were very pleased with the welcome. The room was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The location is excellent, with the bus stop just a few meters away. The apartments are also very well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked with linens!

Family-run residence. Monica is extremely welcoming and helpful, making you feel at home. They actually live in the residence, so you get the feeling of being with family. They have a very large and well-kept garden, a fabulous vegetable garden, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect vacation.

The apartment is spotless, spacious, and well-kept, with a very well-stocked kitchen—a rare find. They offer a mid-week change of bathroom linens.
Excellent value for money.
Convenient location to town. With a beautiful view of the valley's mountains. A 5-minute walk from Lake Zoccolo. Convenient to the bus stop for exploring the entire valley and all the amenities of Santa Valburga.

I stayed for a few days in July. Spacious rooms, well-equipped. Quiet location, away from traffic. Santa Valburga, a small village, is in an excellent position for excursions in the valley. The lady and her family welcomed us kindly and attentively.

Strategic location, clean, well-maintained apartments with all the amenities you need. We stayed on the ground floor and enjoyed the outdoor spaces for breakfast and dinner overlooking the green mountains. Monika and her mother were welcoming, discreet, and helpful. Thank you!

An experience to repeat. The apartments are immaculately maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view of the larch and birch slopes is breathtaking. We will definitely return to the Ultimo Valley, which was a real discovery. The Karnutsch family is incredibly attentive to their guests.

Clean and functional apartments of varying sizes and amenities. Friendly, helpful family runs the place, parking is available in front of the building, and there's a common room. Shops are within walking distance, and there's a bread delivery service.

We were there in winter for skiing. It's a small but excellent ski area, with reasonable prices, friendly people everywhere, charming little restaurants, and a beautiful setting.

We stayed at this residence for two weeks in August and had a great time. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The owner, Monika, was kind and always available. The Ultimo Valley is beautiful, full of trails, and fortunately, not yet overrun by tourists. The location is convenient both by car and for those using the excellent public transportation (the residence provides the Ultental Card free of charge, which is very convenient). It was a wonderful holiday, and we hope to return!
