We return every year...for us, a holiday is Moserlam: on the slopes, a spa that's not huge but in an enviable location, a modern and spacious room with a view of the Latemar, high-quality food, and always helpful and courteous staff.

Great hotel at the foot of the Rosengarten. We stayed for three days, definitely a place we'd return to; you can feel the family tradition. The hotel was excellent, the food was also excellent with a few minor drawbacks. The staff sometimes seemed a bit rushed (even though it wasn't busy).

Perhaps a few minor improvements could be made (room descriptions on the website, placing the right wines on the table, or removing the mention in ChatGPT that the draft is from there, etc.). Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel's location is unique, the food is excellent, our suite was sensational, and the "bathhouse" is truly magnificent.

Everything was perfect, for those who want to be pampered it's the right place, super friendly staff, 5-star food and a clean room with a breathtaking view, I can't say anything negative other than to say thank you for the hospitality
