Appartements Maria above Meran offer warm hospitality and fantastic views of the South Tyrolean mountains. Here you can enjoy a family atmosphere and tranquillity, while still being close to the centre of Schenna and the spa town of Meran.

Our bright and spacious apartments offer plenty of room to feel at home. They are modernly furnished and feature cosy living areas, fully equipped kitchenettes, bedrooms with air conditioning, balconies with panoramic views, satellite TV, WLAN and free parking. Thanks to the quiet location, you can relax, while the sunny garden and terrace invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

Holidays between nature & culture

From our apartments, you can set off directly on hikes through orchards and mountain landscapes or on bike tours in the Meran region. With the free Südtirol Guest Pass, you can conveniently use buses to reach sights such as Meran with its beautiful promenades, Trauttmansdorff Castle or the surrounding alpine pastures. Admission to the Schenna panoramic outdoor pool is free for our guests. Our apartments are also the ideal place for couples and long-term guests to enjoy the beauty of South Tyrol in peace and quiet.

Maria's apartments are a true hidden gem in Schenna! The accommodation's most impressive feature is its stunning location with breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley surrounding Merano. You'll feel instantly at home and can truly unwind from the moment you arrive. The apartments are spotlessly clean, modern, and lovingly furnished – they truly have everything you could need. The well-equipped kitchen and the balcony, where you can enjoy the view, are particularly convenient. A bread delivery service is also available, guaranteeing a wonderful start to your day. Another big plus is the warm and welcoming hostess, who is always attentive to her guests' needs and always ready to help. She's happy to provide tips for excursions and recommendations for things to do in the village. The location is ideal: quiet yet close to the center of Schenna, making it a perfect base for hikes, day trips, or simply relaxing days in nature. All in all, a wonderful place for relaxation, nature, and moments of pure bliss – we'll definitely be back!

Our stay was simply wonderful from arrival to departure. Maria is a warm and welcoming host who always has a listening ear and plenty of helpful tips. The apartment is very clean, bright, and spacious, and the balcony is just perfect. In addition to a parking space for the car, there's also a lockable garage for storing bicycles. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back.

We received a very warm welcome from Maria and immediately felt at home. Wonderful location with a fantastic view. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean. Maria made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Maria, for the wonderful time and the very pleasant stay.

We would like to thank you very, very much for your kind hospitality and the warm welcome! We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was very nicely furnished and meticulously clean. Nothing was missing. Bread roll service, ample parking, a central location, and a wonderful view! What more could you ask for? We would be happy to come back anytime!

Highly recommended accommodation...! We had a wonderful stay in Schenna. We've stayed here many times, but we enjoyed Maria's the most. The view of the mountains and Merano is simply stunning and highly recommended. Our apartment was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. A big compliment to our hostess, Maria, for her valuable (hiking) tips and to the cleaning lady, Walmir, for her excellent and courteous service. If you want to enjoy Schenna away from large hotel complexes, this is the place for you!

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the Merano valley. Maria was extremely kind and available to answer any questions. Located on the main road leading to the center of Scena, everything is within easy reach. The free entrance to the Lido di Scena with a pass provided is excellent. Free use of the city buses with the regional Guess card is also excellent. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying with Maria, and certainly not our last. The apartments are very well-equipped, bright, and clean. They now have air conditioning and insect screens in the bedroom, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. It's not just the thoughtful furnishings of the apartment and the balcony that make for a relaxing holiday, but also the kindness and helpfulness of Maria and her husband, not to mention the daily bread delivery service and the twice-weekly towel change. All in all: highly recommended!

Very nice and clean, friendly, a beautiful view, public transportation to get anywhere you want. Furnished with everything you need, there is even a small dishwasher, I recommend it and we will definitely be back.
