Welcome to Villa Grünewald*** in Seis!

The holiday apartments Grünewald are located only a few minutes from the village center of Seis and the well-known area of the Seiser Alm is easily reachable by cableway.

Apartments equipped with all amenities

For its guests the Villa Grünewald offers nice holiday flats furnished with natural wood. All apartments have a balcony, a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as satellite TV. Villa Grünewald also has an elevator and an underground garage and you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view to the famous surrounding mountains.

A paradise in both summer and winter

For both summer and winter, the surroundings of our house offer endless hiking and biking tour on the Seiseralm, which in winter is transformed into a true winter paradise for families. The ski area has been repeatedly honored as one of the best family winter recreation areas in the entire Alpine region. You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, sledding, sleigh rides, hiking with snowshoes and much more, surrounded by truly magical snowy landscapes.

We stayed in the house of Marion for summer holiday in september. Great value for the money you need to pay. Marion is super nice and welcoming. There are three apartments so you have not the feeling you are in a big apartment building. The garden is huge with different options to sit. Apartment is very well equiped, good bed and nice private balcony with evening sun. Walking distance to bakery, supermarket (300m) and city of Siusi.

Excellent!
The lady is very kind and cheerful, the apartment was clean and equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and nothing was missing.
Close to various places to visit,
I recommend it!

All very nice, but the availability, kindness and courtesy of the owner are unparalleled! The 5 stars are not enough to explain all this.... on my birthday he accompanied the greetings with a wonderful Sacher!!!! Super super nice, her courtesy surprised me favorably (even though I had already had the opportunity to appreciate her on the phone), but in person I totally appreciated her....!  We have been coming here to the Alpe for years, but this kindness is truly very rare to find, attitudes of this type make you feel at home and make the holiday become unique, just like the owner of the house!!! Compliments!!!
