Our apartments and guesthouse Gstrein is located in a quiet and central position in Rabland, only 7 kilometres from the popular spa town Meran away. Our cosy rooms and comfortable holiday flats are the perfect accommodation for relaxing holidays in South Tyrol.

Rooms, apartments & garden with whirlpool

The spacious holiday apartments for 2-5 persons and the inviting rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, telephone, and balcony. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire house, on the terrace and in the garden. Every morning starts with a rich breakfast buffet with products from the region, which you can enjoy also on our terrace in summer. Our guests in the apartments have the possibility to book the breakfast buffet or our bread service. The well-tended garden with palms, cypresses and Mediterranean plants provides a heated whirlpool and is the perfect place to relax. Our house also offers a children’s playground with trampoline and table-top football.

Active holidays with the whole family

In the nearby surroundings of Ferienidylle Gstrein you can find a bus stop, a train station, 2 cable cars, bicycle and hiking paths as well as the Nature Park Texel Group. Our house is influenced by the love to nature, our family-friendliness and a pleasant ambience.

The rooms are showing their age, the bed has a bad mattress. The bathroom has been renovated. Unfortunately there is no fridge in the room, which makes it very unpleasant at night when you are thirsty. The breakfast rolls were not exactly fresh and dry. The juice was strange! There was orange juice instead of fresh! There was no toaster or fresh fried or scrambled eggs. The Gstrein family were still very nice.

Many thanks to the hosts; we had a wonderful holiday in the Rose2 apartment. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Modernly furnished, and nothing was lacking. The location in Rabland was a great starting point for getting around using public transport. A highlight for my son was an afternoon in the whirlpool. There's a supermarket right nearby, and a great Italian restaurant is not far from the train station.

The best place to stay I've ever been! The lady is completely available to customers! Neat and clean environment a few hundred meters from at least 3 restaurants so if you don't want to move the car in the evening it's possible! Furthermore, you live or at a bank in the historic center and at the infopoint. Truly strategic location. I won't bother describing the all-wooden structure... It made me fall in love with it years ago and I will always remain their customer! Highly recommended!

Great family hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Even with a balcony. Simply great. Bathroom is a bit small. The breakfast was very tasty. You can order the drink, as well as the breakfast egg. Just great. Beautiful garden to relax and unwind. There is an outdoor shower and a whirlpool. I can only recommend it. If we are passing through again we will stay here again.
