Welcome to Residence Liesy in Tisens

Residence Liesy*** is situated in Tisens, a small village 630 metres above sea level, just 25 minutes by car from the towns of Meran and Bozen. Our holiday retreat is nestled in a very quiet location surrounded by orchards and offers you a wonderful panoramic view over the Etschtal Valley and the surrounding countryside. Here you will experience a warm family welcome and traditional South Tyrolean hospitality.

Apartments and pool with panoramic views

The cosy and spacious holiday flats in different sizes are comfortably furnished and offer space for 2-8 people. For those seeking relaxation, our wellness area with solarium, sauna and fitness room is the ideal retreat. On hot summer days, you can take a dip in the refreshing water of our outdoor swimming pool and enjoy the sun on the sunbathing lawn. Our younger guests have plenty of fun in the playground and on the trampoline, playing table tennis and table football or visiting the animals on our farm. On request we offer a bread roll service and in summer also breakfast.

Active holidays in summer and winter

The Residence Liesy is the ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities such as hikes, mountain tours or mountain bike tours in the surroundings of Tisens. In winter, beautiful winter and snowshoe hikes await you, as well as the nearby slopes on the Vigiljoch and in the Meran 2000 ski area. A sauna is also available to our guests in the residence, subject to reservation and for an extra charge.

The best place I have stayed with my family in Tirol. I cannot even start to describe how amazing this place is; first of all the road there is so new and safe (sometimes driving in tirol and in Italy feels like you are part of the dakar, this wasnt the case). Second you arrive to this beautiful place where to see apple trees EVERYWHERE. There are two pools, two playgrounds with so much shadow so your kid will not suffer from a heat stroke. The parking is huge and easy to park. The apartment big, clean and the breakfast, dont even let me get started with it, delicious local products, organic eggs, and if you dont want to book the breakfast, they have a Brötchen service :) I cannot wait to be back. We also took our dog and there are so many cool roads to go for walks around the property.

A beautiful accommodation with a fantastic view over Lana/Merano. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Best service in all of South Tyrol :)

A truly beautiful spot with equally wonderful accommodation! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy, with large terraces and balconies offering breathtaking views. The entire property, including the sun terrace and pool, is impeccably maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pool has a large lawn for sunbathing and is also suitable for swimming. Breakfast is optional and served fresh. The location and surrounding area are simply stunning! Whether you're interested in Merano, Bolzano, hiking, cycling, shopping, or simply relaxing... We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
