Welcome to Hotel Lamm*** in St. Valentin!

Our family-run hotel is situated in an idyllic location in the village St. Valentin, next to the small town Graun between Lake Reschen and Lake Haider in Vinschgau. Here you will enjoy a cosy ambience, good cuisine, sport and entertainment.

Tradition and comfort

The pleasant rooms of our house are furnished in traditional Tyrolean style and offer all comfort for up to fifty people. Among other things the rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, safe, satellite TV and most rooms have also a balcony. Moreover, we have a new sauna that invites you to spend some relaxing hours.

Activities for every season

In winter, our Hotel Lamm is always well-attended by winter sportsmen, which can go skiing on the endless slopes of the nearby skiing region Reschenpass. In summer the deep blue lakes and the surrounding mountains of the upper part of Vinschgau form an impressing scenery for hikes, bike tours and other activities in the great outdoors.

We stayed here for five days and had a great time. The breakfast and dinner were perfect and the staff were also remarkably friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

We booked the hotel through a major discount retailer. Four nights with half board at a great price. We were not disappointed! Very nice owners, very friendly service, a great dinner with three main courses to choose from, and a pizza evening with delicious pizza from the menu. With the South Tyrol Guest Card and the bus stop just a few meters from the hotel, we're always mobile without a car. The friendliness and warmth of the owners, who go to great lengths, is remarkable, especially considering the behavior of some guests. I just can't expect a five-star hotel in a three-star hotel, especially not at this price. A great stay at the hotel; we'd love to come back.

Great restaurant with a wide selection of dishes, whether pasta, pizza, or meat. Everything we had was delicious. The pizzas, in particular, are huge and delicious. The service was wonderful. Highly recommended if you're in Sankt Valentin.

We stayed at the Hotel Lamm for one night while passing through. We were a bit skeptical at first, but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was completely renovated. We had half board, a delicious three-course meal with generous portions. If you choose pizza, you'll be surprised by an incredibly large portion. Breakfast was down-to-earth, and the staff was very friendly, smart, flexible, and efficient. The wellness area is perfectly adequate for a hotel, but we didn't use it because we were only there for one night. Although the hotel is right on the main road, we still slept very well. The hotel is definitely suitable for a longer stay.

Of course, there are better hotels. But I'm also rating a 3-star hotel here, not a 4-star superior or higher. Don't let the first impression, which is presented by the rather chaotic and untidy reception, put you off. What awaits you is a rustic but welcoming family-run business, where all the family members go to great lengths to accommodate their guests. The rooms are freshly renovated, clean, and spacious. The quality of the food, especially the pizza, is very good. The value for money is excellent. There's even a garage available for motorcycles.

We stayed here during our hike and were pleased with the well-heated rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the wellness area was small but functional, and the food was excellent. Everything was deliciously prepared! We received a very friendly welcome and can highly recommend the hotel.
