Haus Morandell

Arrive and feel at ease – the Guesthouse Morandell fulfils this guiding principle in every possible way. The fruit and wine growing farm is located in Mitterdorf in Kaltern on the wine route, in the middle of an extensive vineyard. Apart from a wonderful panorama and cordial hospitality, it offers many opportunities to relax, to experience and enjoy your holiday.

We have recently renovated our house and offer 2 comfortable flats with balcony, kitchen and separate bedroom, respectively 30 sqm and 45 sqm (the larger flat has 2 bathrooms and two large balconies). The flats have a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. Also available to our guests are 2 bedrooms with balconies, TV and Wi-Fi. In the immediate vicinity of our house, there are restaurants and several grocery shops.

The village center of Kaltern is within walking distance. Thanks to a reasonable ticket for bus and train and good bus service you can easily reach also Lake Kaltern, the surrounding villages and the South Tyrolean capital Bozen without using your own car. Of course the environs are full of interesting leisure time activities for sportsmen, nature lovers and people interested in culture.
