The Hotel Bergblick*** in Ratschings is the ideal place to stay if you want to take a break from the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life. We offer a cosy ambience and a relaxing, family atmosphere to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Comfortable rooms & wellness area

All rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished. They offer fantastic views of the surrounding natural landscape, a bathroom with shower and WC, TV, safe and telephone. Pets are welcome upon request in selected rooms. Half board is available on request and includes a generous breakfast buffet in the morning, as well as a fresh salad buffet and a four-course à la carte dinner in the evening. You will find relaxation and recreation in our wellness oasis with Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, infrared cabin, steam bath and indoor adventure pool. In addition, our trained staff offer soothing massages and wellness treatments.

Our Hotel Bergblick is a wonderful holiday destination all year round. In summer, you can enjoy wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours in the unique mountain world. In winter, the perfectly groomed slopes of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area and many other winter sports await you.

Positive experience: very nice place, excellent location, and many amenities. Particularly suitable for families with children. The only flaw is the lack of clarity regarding additional costs: drinks were not included in the half-board package, with no indication of the excessive cost of water, and the tourist tax was different from what was stated in the booking.

Well-organized hotel in a secluded location, ideal for those who like to escape the hustle and bustle. The food is excellent, including breakfast, though it lacks traditional South Tyrolean desserts or anything homemade. The staff, including the owner, speaks little Italian but is courteous and helpful. Downside: water costs €4.50 per liter, not even bottled, but from a vending machine. Obviously, a carafe from the spring was not available...

L'albergo e ben posizionato, ma necessitano scopstamenti in auto per iniziare i percorsi più interessanti e ragiungere Vipiteno. Le cascate sono vicinissime. L'albergo non è nuovo, ma è ben organizzato e la SPA è eccellente: piscina con potenti idromassaggo e Jacuzzi fantastica in outside (mi hanno salvato da un principio di scatalgia), oltre a bagno turco e saune. Ottima la cena e la colazione

The 3-star hotel fully met its requirements and, in my opinion, was worthy of 4 stars. Anyone expecting anything less should go to a 5-star hotel. The owner cooks here himself, and it's first-class. His wife works at reception and is always there for a laugh. The entire staff, including the owner, is extremely friendly but not overly so. The room was very spacious and in the South Tyrolean style, which is what we expect here. The only criticism we would have is the breakfast. The daily selection could have been a bit more varied. Furthermore, we would only give 3 stars for the bread (with caraway seeds, of course) and rolls, but we're German, so we're spoiled in that regard :-). Overall, a successful vacation, and we would book this hotel again. Many thanks again to the Eisendle family for the wonderful time.
