On the one hand this is due to the unique position: The idyllic hotel is located at 1,040 m above sea level in front of the South Tyrolean Dolomites and therefore it offers amazing panoramic views. On the other hand, guests will enjoy not only dreamlike rooms and luxurious suites, but also a panorama-pool, a spa garden, a sauna on the roof-terrace and many other particularities.

Active holidays with culinary delights

We offer a fitness room and yoga lessons as well as free hire of rucksacks, hiking poles, snowshoes and toboggans. For our younger guests there are 2 hours of free childcare every day and a petting zoo. The gourmet cuisine of the Hotel Bergschlöss provides culinary delights that are second to none. New creations from local and Mediterranean cuisine are served daily, accompanied by fine wines from our well-stocked wine cellar.

Our first stay at the Hotel Bergschlössel was in a suite with a sauna and whirlpool. We were very impressed with everything. The outdoor facilities are top-notch, the service was great, the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We arrived Friday afternoon and stayed until Sunday. Half board included breakfast and a 5-course menu. The food was top-notch, 5 stars ️ if you don’t like or don’t want something you can say so, there are alternatives. The singing on Friday evening was very nice even though we only stayed in the room, we enjoyed it. We didn’t try out the wellness area. There was a small problem in the room, but we reported it when we left. It’s not your fault, though. The pillows and the sliding door to the bedroom were broken. Didn’t bother us personally. Nor did the fact that the cleaning lady wasn’t so careful with the dust on the lamps and that there was sticky residue in the whirlpool. Since we were inside, she had to give it a good clean. We would really appreciate a few coat hooks or a coat rack where we could hang up jackets; we missed that. We had a very relaxing weekend together and look forward to seeing you again. This was our first time in South Tyrol and we chose this hotel. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied. The wellness area, especially the sauna area, is spacious for a hotel that isn't a wellness hotel. It seems as if the entire concept is geared towards families, but since we were there in the off-season, there were no children in the hotel. I think it's probably busier in summer/winter, so couples without children would recommend staying after the season. Pets are also allowed; there were several dogs in the hotel. The location is secluded next to a small village. There are hardly any alternatives, such as bars or restaurants, in the area. You also have to use the car or bus for hikes - but you can reach the surrounding hotspots within 1-2 hours. In the off-season, it's a true oasis of peace that can be enjoyed even as a childless couple.

Beautiful hotel and a perfect base for long hikes. Parking is available right on site. Friendly staff and lovingly furnished rooms. Excellent cuisine from breakfast to dinner. A lovely wellness area with everything you need to relax after a mountain hike. We felt at home.

A very beautiful family-run hotel, surrounded by nature. The ranch concept and the afternoon children's feeding sessions are a lovely touch. There's a large outdoor space for enjoying the fresh air. There's a playroom for children, as well as for adults who want to spend the evening having fun. Live music. Friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and you immediately feel welcome. Both the breakfast and the multi-course dinners were excellent. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back!

A wonderful ambiance with a highly qualified team and 24-hour availability for any problems. The location is very beautiful and reflects South Tyrol perfectly. Anyone who enjoys authenticity should pay a visit to the Bergschlössl. I really enjoyed it and would gladly return when I'm in South Tyrol.
