Ci è piaciuto tutto, la cortesia, il ristorante, il caposala e i camerieri. Bella anche la piscina e la sauna. Lalbergo poi al centro di Dobbiaco è collegato con tutto ed anche a piedi partendo dallhotel ci sono dei sentieri bellissimi.

The service was impeccable. From check in and front desk to restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and had excellent attention to detail. The complimentary backpack for day use was also a great idea.

A truly excellent stay. The hotel is very well-maintained, welcoming, and situated in a beautiful location. We particularly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff, who were always attentive and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and the services were top-notch. The wellness area is also very pleasant and allows you to completely unwind after a day in the mountains. An elegant yet welcoming atmosphere where we truly felt pampered. An experience we’d definitely repeat, and we highly recommend Hotel Cristallo.

A month after returning home, we still have wonderful memories of this first vacation in the beautiful Puster Valley.
