- very welcoming owners and staff - hotel cleanliness was phenomenal - it was evident the hotel is highly organised and well run - beautiful environment - food was amazing and the option for half board made our stay every easy - sauna / spa area was great - well located - nothing was any trouble including a last minute washing request - the free regional transport ticket was a great bonus to see some of the region - transfer from our train to/from the accommodation

First of all, we loved the location—you’re right in the center, and all the amenities are just a short walk away. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The cuisine was top-notch, the food was amazing, and the service was lightning-fast! The room was beautiful, but above all, it was spotless. Another thing we loved was that we couldn’t hear any noise—neither from outside nor from the neighboring rooms.

After 8 years of staying at the Hotel Cristallo in Dobbiaco, I’m truly pleased to share my review once again—and it can only be extremely positive. Every time I return, I feel a bit like I’m home. I’m always greeted by the warmth, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the entire staff, as well as a well-maintained and pleasant atmosphere. Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate the consistent quality and, above all, that warmth that makes every stay special. It has become a favorite spot for me, and coming back here is always a pleasure. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at the Hotel Cristallo for these wonderful years. I hope to keep coming back for a long time to come!
