Even if it was just for a day of pampering, we had a wonderful time! I'm so happy to have discovered you and to be able to tell others about you and recommend them to experience Fayn!! We would have loved to stay at least 3 days. To anyone reading this review, I recommend considering booking as a couple at the first opportunity! From the main entrance, I immediately understood the importance of detail, cleanliness, and good food, including drinks. CONGRATULATIONS to the managers for what they've built and continued. A wonderful experience. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Every detail is meticulously cared for, the staff is attentive and always available to accommodate every guest's request. Impeccable cleanliness. Fabulous breakfast (Veronika was very kind) and the in-house restaurant is top-notch with truly exquisite dishes. The gift at checkout was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back.

After a week in the summer of 2024, we returned to the Fayn in the fall of 2025. For us, it is without a doubt the best hotel we've visited so far. And it will certainly be the first hotel we'll visit a third time. Honestly, I find it hard to imagine it ever being a different hotel when our destination is "South Tyrol" again. The entire staff – really all of them – strike the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism. Wishes are practically fulfilled before they've even been spoken. The decor is very tasteful, the rooms are clean and furnished to a high standard. The garden is an oasis of relaxation. The food is delicious and varied. By the way, it's great that there's now a large bike storage room where you can store your bike safely and securely. This is another quality feature often lacking in many other hotels. Dear Fayn team, please keep up the good work! We're already looking forward to our next visit. Our Labrador Marla too, of course ;-)

The Fayn is a hotel where you won't want to leave. I'm extremely impressed; everything is just perfect here. Starting with the super friendly and attentive staff, where everyone can see that the people enjoy what they do. Then there's the fantastic cuisine and the incredibly good bar. The gorgeous garden with a pool and sun loungers. The beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms, the free parking in the garage, and the general atmosphere of the hotel. I'm extremely impressed and will definitely recommend you to everyone. Every gastronomer should take a look at this hotel! Thanks to the entire Fayn team for the unforgettable days; you're doing a fantastic job!

Pure relaxation in the modern wellness/sauna complex. The indoor pool and the beautifully landscaped outdoor pool in the garden, with its own whirlpool, are the perfect place to indulge. From the breakfast buffet to the lunchtime snack to a lovingly prepared and elaborate 5-course menu, which, for me, is already top-notch, simply wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive, and strives to ensure guests have a wonderful vacation!

I can only describe it with superlatives! The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. What impressed us most was the cheerful, attentive, and very friendly staff. It felt like a family business, where everyone helps out. They pitch in wherever there's something to do: putting away deck chairs, watering plants, mopping, etc. Even the manager naturally joined in, whether in the garden or serving guests! We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the ambiance during the excellent dinner. We would gladly come back.
