Our house is embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park, surrounded by the beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, woods and meadows. Just enjoy a wonderful timeout!

Comfortable rooms & traditional dishes

Our rooms are very comfortable and spacious and offer breath-taking views of the beautiful valley of Tiers or the rocks of Mt. Rosengarten, shimmering romantically at sunset. Our house offers three types of room categories, which are all equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV and a balcony. Our chef will spoil you with delicious specialities of the South Tyrolean cuisine, which are cooked with herbs from our garden and products by farms from the region.

Discovering nature

In the small hotel garden, you can relax with the rushing stream in the background, the scent of wood and the twittering of birds. Both in summer and in winter, the possibilities for lovers of hiking and skiing are really a lot! During your stay in our Hotel Stefaner, you can completely move without your car. A bus stop is located right in front of our hotel. With the Südtirol Guest Pass, which is included in the price, you can use all means of public transport for free and enjoy many other advantages too.

We stayed for just five days on half board. It was a wonderful experience. Excellent accommodations, tidy rooms, and excellent cleanliness. Excellent dinners, well-served, with dishes prepared by the excellent chef Giorg. Compliments to Renate's service, and a big thank you to all the staff. I think I'll return. I recommend it. We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends in the first week of August 2026. The owner and staff provided a wonderful welcome, with great kindness and attentiveness to every aspect of their guests. The cuisine was some of the best I've experienced in many years of mountain stays. Highly recommended for those who want to spend some time in the tranquility of a valley offering magnificent walks for everyone, from the most basic to those for experienced hikers.

We stayed at the Stefaner Hotel in San Cipriano, in the beautiful Tires Valley, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room we were assigned was comfortable, with a balcony, and above all, always impeccably clean. We found great attention to cleanliness and order every day. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory items to satisfy all tastes. The cuisine certainly deserves special mention. Every evening, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dinner, which consisted of an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The dishes were well-prepared and the portions generous, allowing us to end the day on a truly enjoyable note. We definitely recommend the Stefaner Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere where they can feel at home and, above all, eat well. It's an excellent base for enjoying the beautiful Tires Valley.

A beautiful, family-run hotel. We spent a week here and felt very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The multi-course dinners were exquisite and delighted us every evening. Thank you for a relaxing holiday!

Just a few meters from the cable car. I was allowed to park my campervan overnight on the hotel's lawn, facing the road. A very friendly welcome and a delicious dinner. I didn't get to see the rooms, unfortunately, but the overall friendly service and the tasty food definitely make it worth a visit. Thank you for your hospitality!
