Plus: Consistently positive. A wonderfully friendly and welcoming atmosphere pervaded the entire house. The surprising napkin and bed linen arrangements delighted us time and again. The friendly attentiveness was palpable throughout the house. The kitchen gets 7 out of 5 stars – incredibly dedicated, attentive to detail, and masterful! The four of us (39-63) felt at home with you. After a week of good encounters, experiences, and lasting memories, we started our journey home and spent another week on the Baltic Sea – also beautiful, but it was simply much nicer with you – THANK YOU!!! Take care of yourselves and this beautiful piece of earth. Minus: The stay was too short. Some guests are strange – but that's NOT your fault :)

Simply always the finest

We've stayed at Stegerhazs many times. The staff and the food are perfect. High praise What bothers us now is that there are cameras throughout the entire interior. There's no sign anywhere indicating that the rooms are video monitored, and we weren't even informed. Is that allowed in Italy? I can't imagine it.

You arrive and feel right at home. Very friendly staff and delicious food. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation.

Group vacation, six families, quiet location, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious rooms. Breakfast had a decent selection, hopefully with some South Tyrolean desserts. Excellent dinner with generous portions, drinks available from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm—a brilliant idea! Adults' lounge with a large-screen TV and a playroom for children. Finally, a heated outdoor pool and sauna. Very kind staff, attentive to every need. You were wonderful.

We stayed at this family hotel for the week of August 15th and couldn't have made a better choice! Rarely have we experienced such a warm welcome and quality. From the moment we entered, we felt welcome: the staff was smiling and available to provide us with any useful information. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just what you expect in the mountains. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. The large balcony, perfect for relaxing after a hike, and the simple yet thoughtful furnishings made our stay extremely pleasant. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, and a tidy bathroom equipped with everything you need. The real surprise was the food: a generous breakfast with sweet and savory options, fresh bread, jams, homemade cakes, and excellent local cheeses. For dinner, the dishes were generous, carefully prepared, and always varied, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. The service was fast and friendly, and the dining room was bright and welcoming: a moment of genuine pleasure and conviviality. Perfect for families: outdoor games, children's areas, and attentive service from the staff. You can tell this is a hotel truly designed for those traveling with little ones. The pool is immaculately kept, a real plus for relaxing after a day of activities. In conclusion, we can only thank all the staff for their professionalism, the owner's courtesy, and their commitment to making us feel at home. We left the hotel wanting to return as soon as possible! Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing, quality vacation with authentic mountain hospitality. We'll definitely be back. Recently renovated hotel in a beautiful location close to the main road but not directly adjacent, making it safe for children to play outdoors... immersed in the greenery of a valley and surrounded by grazing cows! Clean and well-kept! Kind and friendly staff, always available to accommodate our requests with a smile! Our room was spacious, renovated, and clean! A special mention goes to the very well-prepared and truly excellent cuisine! The outdoor pool, shared with another hotel, is very pleasant weather permitting, as the water isn't too hot (we were lucky enough to be able to use it all week, even in unusually hot weather for the area). Draught drinks available all day were very welcome, as were afternoon snacks of soup, homemade cakes, and hot drinks! Although it's a family hotel, entertainment was only available upon request, but my girls formed a great playgroup with all the other children in the hotel! They used the outdoor and indoor playgrounds and always felt welcome! In the morning, a newspaper with weather forecasts, typical recipes, and recommended excursions or events for the day is always on the table! And to top it all off, a special treat...free bicycles for adults and children! Thanks for a wonderful holiday, we'll be back!

It's like coming home – simply wonderful! We were privileged to spend a few wonderful days at the Stegerhaus family hotel – and it was a truly relaxing experience from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel that you're not just a guest here; you're warmly welcomed, just like you're staying with good friends or family. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and modernly furnished – you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is a dream! Delicious dishes are conjured up with dedication and heart, pampering both the palate and the soul. A huge compliment goes to Petra, Jane, Monika, and Vicky – they are simply wonderful hosts! Always friendly, attentive, and with a smile on their faces – you can tell they do their job with true passion. The management also deserves special praise – very friendly, approachable, and always concerned about the well-being of their guests. Everything just fits together here. Another highlight is the beautiful outdoor pool with a view of the mountains – simply wonderfully relaxing. Whether for a swim or simply enjoying the view, this place is a dream come true.
