Welcome to the Garni Residence Obstgarten

The Garni Residence Obstgarten in Goldrain near Latsch offers cosy apartments for relaxing holidays in the hiking and biking paradise of Vinschgau. The house is located in the middle of the orchards and at the same time there are restaurants and pizzerias just a few minutes' walk away. Our guests particularly appreciate the familiar atmosphere and the beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the Stelvio National Park.

Feel good in the house and in the garden

The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and a well-equipped kitchenette. Bread roll service or breakfast can be booked. We also offer rooms with breakfast. We offer free Wi-Fi, free parking, bike boxes with charging facilities for e-bikes and a bike washing area. Our garden with sunbathing lawn, whirlpool and barbecue facilities invites you to relax. Dogs are also very welcome as our four-legged guests.

Active holidays in the Vinschgau Valley

The Garni Residence Obstgarten is an ideal starting point for a variety of hikes, cycling excursions and mountain bike tours. Three times a week our guests can take part in guided hikes free of charge. There are great opportunities for climbing and archery in the surrounding area. In winter, the nearby Martelltal Valley offers beautiful routes for ski tours and snowshoe hikes, and a trip to Meran, 25 kilometres away, is worthwhile at any time of year. Our guests receive the VinschgauCard with integrated South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge, giving them free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol and other benefits.

My partner and I stayed at this residence for a week and couldn't be more thrilled. The property is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean. Our room had a splendid terrace overlooking the mountains and apple orchards: a truly enchanting panorama. The owner is extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is also strategic and convenient for exploring the area: it's located halfway up the Venosta Valley and very close to the entrance to the Martello Valley, an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. It was truly a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

This is our third time here, and we're always so happy to be able to enjoy our vacation here! The atmosphere and location are fantastic! The apartments are very clean and modern! Everything you could possibly need is provided! The owners are a very lovely and friendly family! Dogs are also very welcome! Highly recommended!

Great apartments, this is our second time here. Our dogs feel very comfortable, and so do we. Walking paths through the apple orchards are right outside the door. Markus takes care of everything very nicely. There's a barbecue once a week, and of course the dogs are welcome. We'll definitely be back.

Surrounded by apple orchards, relaxation is guaranteed. Beautiful and very clean apartments with stunning mountain views await guests. The entire property is very well maintained, and the hosts are exceptionally friendly. I have been coming to Residence Obstgarten for years and can recommend it without reservation. We've been to the orchard five or six times! It's always lovely, not least because of the warm hospitality of Markus Gluderer and his family. The proximity to the train station is also great, where you can easily reach many beautiful destinations thanks to the free Vinschgau Card.
