Our cozy, newly renovated holiday apartments offer unforgettable holidays in South Tyrol. In addition to a well-maintained garden, our house will feature a pool and a free underground garage starting in spring 2025. We provide everything from baby cots to high chairs to make your family holiday as comfortable as possible. During the summer, we host weekly social barbecue evenings.

Experience the Meran holiday region

Exciting destinations await you near our residence, including Meran and Bozen with their charming old towns and cultural landmarks, just a 20-minute drive away. Residence Alpina in Tisens is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the Texel Group Nature Park. A visit to Lake Kaltern, Lake Montiggl, and the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle is highly recommended. With the Südtirol Guest Pass, our guests enjoy free access to public transportation.

We spent the night at the Residence Alpina and were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed for guests' convenience, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a great place for a relaxing getaway—it's a shame we only stayed one night!

We felt very comfortable at Residence Alpina. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you again for everything. The Comfort No. 1 vacation apartment is ideal for two people. It had everything we needed. The balcony is small, but there is plenty of space to relax in the large garden and pool area. Tisens is an ideal starting point for short and long hikes. You can start right away or use public transportation to go a little higher up. Bolzano and Merano are also within easy reach.

The accommodation was really clean, modernly furnished, and the kitchen was superbly equipped. We also liked the underground parking garage with its great, free parking.
