We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied overall. The apartments are truly beautiful: modern, very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. You immediately feel at home and can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on creating a pleasant atmosphere. We would also like to particularly highlight the breakfast. It was delicious, varied, and prepared with great attention to detail. We also really liked the location of the accommodation – it was an ideal base for us. One small point that we think is worth noting: The accommodation is advertised as a children's farm, which is generally quite accurate. There are two playgrounds, various vehicles, and of course, animals. However, some of the toys are a bit old and some are even broken. Regarding the animals, you can look at them from the outside and feed some of them, but you can't go directly into their enclosures to, for example, pet the goats. The cows were up on the alpine pasture during our stay. We were allowed to see the two calves when someone from the farm was present – ​​so you have to be a bit lucky with the timing. We can certainly understand the reasons for this and appreciate that the animals' safety and respectful treatment are paramount. Personally, we would have liked the children to be more involved in interacting with the animals. We've visited another farm where children were allowed to participate in feeding and caring for the animals. We found this particularly lovely for younger children, as it playfully fosters an awareness of animals and their needs. In hindsight, we probably should have inquired more thoroughly beforehand about the specifics of animal interaction on this farm. Based on the description, we also expected a bit more from the farm dog, as our son loves dogs. However, petting the dog wasn't possible during our visit because it was very young and not yet fully trained – which we completely understand. Therefore, we went to another nearby farm for more intensive animal interaction, where our son was able to pet and feed the animals. We therefore drove to another farm nearby for more intensive animal contact. All in all, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the accommodation. It's worth noting, however, that there are farms where the focus is even more on animals and direct contact with them for children. If you're looking for a beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained place to stay with a great breakfast and a farm atmosphere, we think this is an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful holiday at Obermoarhof. The apartment was absolutely clean and tidy. The breakfast was exceptional, and the hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of tips for things to do. We would come back anytime. A highly recommended holiday destination, especially for families with small children!

The Obermoarhof and Patrizia are simply something special. You can immediately tell how much heart and soul has gone into it. Everything is lovingly designed, clean, and well-maintained. There are cozy little corners everywhere for relaxing, and at the same time, enough space for everyone to find their favorite spot. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time with the farm animals. Even though she was a little cautious around some of the animals at first, care was always taken to ensure she felt comfortable and could explore everything at her own pace. We especially loved how quickly the children connect with each other and play together. At the same time, the expansive grounds offer plenty of opportunities to retreat and simply enjoy some time alone – for both children and adults. The many play areas, the animals, the tractors, and the barn ensure there's always something new to discover. You can start beautiful hikes directly from the farm, without them being too strenuous. Just right for enjoying nature and simply switching off. The breakfast was also a real highlight for us. So many homemade treats and products from their own farm – you can simply taste the quality and the love that went into them. We looked forward to it every morning. But the best thing about this place is the feeling you take away with you. Two days here felt almost like a whole week's vacation. You unwind, breathe deeply, and forget about everyday life for a while. Thank you so much, dear Patrizia, for this special place. We would love to come back again.

We're just here with our little one, and all we can say is: There's no more beautiful place! The farm is a true paradise for families: child-friendly, welcoming, and full of experiences both big and small. The breakfast is a dream: everything fresh, regional, and lovingly prepared. Right in front of the accommodation, there's a playground, plenty of vehicles for children, and plenty of animals – cows, chickens, goats, and even two newborn calves that you can get up close to. Two swimming pools – one for children, one for adults – provide a place to cool off. The apartments are very well-maintained, spacious, and lovingly cleaned every day. A small stream flows right next to the accommodation, its gentle rippling creating a very special, tranquil atmosphere. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet perfectly connected: In just 2 minutes, you're at the bus stop, from where you can go directly to the Lodenwelt (Loden World) and on to Brixen – a super cute town. The mountain views are breathtaking! The cable car in Maranza is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus from Mühlbach. We'd especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly, local family that runs the farm. Several generations work hand in hand and are extremely knowledgeable about the area – their tips are invaluable and make our stay even more enjoyable. We feel completely at home and welcome. A perfect place for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience genuine hospitality! We'll be back

Welcoming property. We stayed in a comfortable apartment with a sweeping view of the valley. The rooms were comfortable, well-heated, bright, and clean. The owner and her mother were extremely kind and welcomed us with warmth and kindness. A wonderful breakfast with fresh local products was served. Convenient location, easily accessible from the main road. Highly recommended.
