Discovering Rosengarten and Latemar

Our residence is located in a sunny position, away from traffic and surrounded by the wonderful view of the Rosengarten and Latemar. Here, the stress and worries of everyday life become a distant memory. If you love nature and outdoor life, a holiday in our apartment will be able to satisfy your every desire! The possibilities are endless all year round and range from hiking, tour biking, skiing and climbing.

For our guests, we provide comfortable and modern apartments for 2-7 persons, equipped with everything you need to make you feel completely at ease. Comfortable, spacious, and clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Spa available three days a week, well-maintained shared garden.
Convenient indoor and outdoor parking.
The owners are always available and available.

Great location right in front of the ski bus stop..... apartment equipped with every comfort, well-kept and very clean.
Kindness and courtesy are the characteristics that distinguish the family that runs it.

Great, everything is as shown in the photos. Very pleasant lady, clean and nice environment. Ski bus stop right next to the apartment.

Very nice accommodation, everything was clean, and the price was good. The ski bus stops right outside. The ground floor, which doesn't have a basement, shows the year it was built; the floor is always a bit cold in winter. However, that doesn't change the fact that I definitely recommend it. I can't comment on the sauna; I wasn't in the mood for it during the coronavirus pandemic. I did, however, enjoy the fresh pastries that were hanging in a cloth bag on the apartment door every day!
