Excellent hotel from A to Z: - Great, spacious rooms with large balconies and comfortable beds (we only found the bathroom light shining through the glass wall into the room bothersome and poorly designed) - Delicious, high-quality food, both at breakfast (very good, extensive selection), lunch, and dinner - Very friendly and accommodating staff - Great spa area, especially the adults-only area with its infinity pool

Our favorite wellness hotel for years. Top-notch service and very friendly and helpful staff – simply a place to feel good.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and clean. The grounds and spa area are beautiful and designed with great care. The overall ambiance is excellent. The food is very good and delicious. The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention – it truly impressed us – if it were possible, we would give it six stars. The location was also perfect for us. We would gladly return.

The Seeleiten Lake Spa Hotel inspired us. We felt incredibly comfortable there: The Alpine-Mediterranean architecture blends harmoniously into the surrounding vineyards. The interior is equally stylish, aesthetically pleasing, and cozy. Functionally, everything is provided, from the gym and various swimming pools to the spa and beauty area. Everything feels very professional and well-coordinated, yet relaxed and inviting. In my opinion, anyone looking for the epitome of South Tyrolean quality will find it here. The rooms are spacious and modern, the food is of excellent quality, and a good mix of indulgence and mindful eating. Despite its style and taste, the hotel is also very family-friendly. There's a playground, a kids' club with childcare, and children's menus in the evening. We found the service to be professional and very attentive. A bit more small talk or curiosity here and there would have been nice. Instead, we felt like typical customers, especially in the restaurant. However, we did have a longer conversation with the friendly junior owner, Dominic, about the region. Overall, the Seeltein Lake Spa Hotel is simply great because it offers so much quality, has a modern feel, and is nestled in a beautiful landscape away from the classic tourist hotspots.

I spent a weekend with my boyfriend. From the start, everyone was very friendly and kind, which is not to be underestimated because I've often encountered rudeness simply because we're young. Instead, we were welcomed and treated with respect, and that's the most important thing for us. The services were all excellent, and all the staff were available to help us wherever we needed, even in the sauna. Excellent service, I recommend it. It's worth the price.

Incredibly clean, I've rarely seen such a clean hotel! Excellent service! We felt very comfortable and returned home feeling completely relaxed! Thank you so much for everything! We would love to come back again!

The view over the garden and the surrounding landscape was magnificent (from the 3rd floor, room with a whirlpool on the balcony). The free rental of bikes and boats was very convenient. The loop around the lake makes for a lovely jogging route. I also took a look at the hotel's property on the other side of the lake; it has a jetty and a lawn with trees, but not much of a view. The Rastenbach Gorge is easily accessible on foot. It was very relaxing that pool access and a midday snack were included on the day of arrival and departure. The food was very good. The young women at reception were incredibly friendly. Minor drawbacks include the noise from the road between the hotel and the lake (I barely noticed it, but it might be noticeable for those sensitive to noise), and the 10-minute walk to the nearest lake access point, although this isn't a problem considering the quality of the food. And if you don't drive a Porsche, you might stand out, at least in the garage. So definitely bring a nice outfit; the desired evening dress code is "elegant," as stated in the hotel information, and most guests adhered to it. For example, a carafe of water cost €5.20, and a 0.3-liter Coke cost €5. It's all quite luxurious, but a nice kind of luxury. Second stay this year: with two kids in a family suite. Spacious, with a generous balcony. Not as much of a view as from the higher floors, but still lovely. There was a problem with the indoor pool that weekend. After a bit of persistence (the child stubbornly refused to go near the "16+" sign without official permission), we were allowed to take our 12-year-old into the adults-only pool. I'm very grateful for this, as he was initially quite disappointed, but afterwards he loved the adults-only pool so much that he regretted not looking 16 and was almost sad when the indoor pool was reopened. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were fantastic; they left nothing to be desired. We could have eaten on our departure day as well, but unfortunately, we didn't have the time. However, being able to have lunch on arrival was also nice. At dinner, the kids sometimes opted for schnitzel, as it was quite fancy, and there was a lot of fish. The portions were sometimes so large that all the courses were too much. Since some people might also want large portions, it would be great if a smaller portion option was available (we ended up sharing). We used the (included) bikes again – they simply gave us more freedom of movement than just walking, even in autumn. Beautiful. The hellish and bacon sauna infusions were really entertaining. The reception staff were very friendly, as were the seating arrangements and service in the restaurant.

Well-maintained hotel with excellent and friendly staff! Large spa with several pools! Adults-only area with sauna and heated pool. Very good breakfast and outstanding dinner!

Divine place - peace, nature, and the perfect spot for cycling or hiking. The pools are stunning. Pure well-being!
